Responsible for our survey operations and cargo claims teams handling claims for Insurers based in the London market, Europe, India and the Far East since returning
to our London office after 9 years working in our Singapore office, 6 of which as Director responsible for all cargo, casualty and recovery claims.
Mark has worked for W K Webster since 1995 in both London and Singapore and has experience of handling cargo, casualty, recovery and hull claims.
He has a Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute in London, a Post Graduate Diploma in Maritime Law from the London Metropolitan University,
as well as navigational qualifications from the Royal Yachting Association.

Brad Goodhew MBACS
Manager - London office
Mr. Goodhew joined ISA in October 2006. Prior to joining he worked for major container lines in their European Equipment Control Departments and has considerable experience of Container Maintenance and Repairs and Container Claims, along with Container Operations.

Whilst at ISA he has gained experience in all areas of cargo claims on a wide variety of commodities.

Mr. Goodhew has been heavily involved in the Surveying and Project Management of  several major container vessel casualties. He undertakes many overseas assignments, loss prevention studies and  loading/discharge supervision for Project Cargo.

 

 

  Steve Hudson MBACS
Senior Surveyor - North East office
Steve Hudson joined ISA in 2005. Previously he worked for a ship’s agency dealing with the administration of the ship’s business and cargo operations for the duration of a port call.

Whilst at ISA he has gained experience in all areas of cargo claims on a wide variety of commodities, including but not limited to paper, steel and bulk cargoes.

Senior Surveyor - London office
Mr Hill joined ISA in 2012; he has gained experience in all areas of cargo claims on a wide variety of commodities, including but not limited to refrigerated cargo, perishable goods, household goods/personal effects and paper.

Jamie Baker MBACS
Surveyor - London office
Mr. Baker joined ISA in 2014. He has a background as Marine Engineer in the Royal Navy, where he served on the HMS ARK ROYAL and HMS LANCASTER. 

Whilst at ISA he has gained experience in all areas of cargo claims on a wide variety of commodities, including but not limited to refrigerated cargo, perishable goods, machinery and electronics.

Mr Green joined ISA in 2016.  He has attained the Associate, qualification of British Association of Cargo Surveyors and has already gained experience in many areas of cargo claims on a wide variety of commodities including but not limited to steel, refrigerated cargo, perishable goods and machinery.

Director, Survey Department - Rotterdam/Benelux office
Jan de Haan is a Master Mariner and a dual qualified Officer Deck/Engine. He sailed with Nedlloyd and Wijsmuller B.V. where he served on a variety of vessels ranging from refrigerated and general cargo ships to container vessels. With Wijsmuller B.V. he gained experience with transporting heavy lift and project cargoes. After leaving the sea, Jan worked for nine years as a Cargo/Nautical Surveyor with a surveying company mainly operating on behalf of the owners/charters of vessels and/or their P&I clubs. 

Since joining ISA in 1998, Jan has specialised in heavy lift and project cargo, machinery, chemical / LPG / LNG cargoes, forest products and refrigerated cargoes.

Trisnohadi Bin Suratman

Surveyor - Singapore office
Trisnohadi joined ISA in 2012. Previously, he worked with a Adjusters’ firm and has wide experience in general cargo survey, including steel and timber products, project cargo work, machinery, pre-shipment inspection and investigative work as well as handling cargo surveys for legal liability cases.

Survey Coordinator - New York office
Nicole Mastrorilli has extensive case management experience arranging surveys including cargo, hull and draft surveys. Prior to joining WKW and ISA she worked for seven years with a maritime firm handling the above. She started with WKW in September 2017 as a cargo claims case assistant and is now our lead survey coordinator across North America.
  
 
  Gennadiy Mazanko
Principal Surveyor - Miami office
Gennadiy is a well known personality on the insurance market in Ukraine. Being a graduate of the Novorossyisk Maritime Academy he had an intensive seagoing experience as deck/chief officer until 1995 when he landed to work as Lloyd’s agent in Moscow before moving to Kiev to manage his own company - Inter Tech Services (ITS) Ltd. In 1998 the company was nominated and is acting since as a survey agent for WK Webster & Co in the territory of Ukraine. Gennadiy is an active member of the International Institute of Marine Surveying (IIMS), London and holds the Cargo Diploma recently upgraded up to the second level. His overall experience of over twenty years in business comprises a wide spectrum of Marine and Insurance surveys including but not limited to total loss and damaged cargo investigation, bulk, break bulk, containerized cargoes inspections. Together with his team he joined ISA in 2016. He is in charge of the affiliate office based in Boca Raton also serving ISA interests in Florida and adjacent states upon request.
   
Southern Africa Caz Weeks
Marine Cargo Surveyor - Durban, South Africa
Caz’s surveying and Investigative expertise is vast and varied having served with the South African Police Service for 5 years before starting his career in Marine Cargo Surveying with the Durban Lloyds Agency in 1996 where, after completing the Lloyds Certificate of Cargo Surveying Proficiency and a Business Management Diploma was promoted to Senior Surveyor. Caz attends to post loss Marine Cargo Surveys both locally and abroad for most local and International Marine Insurers in addition to providing a proactive service in the form of pre and post discharge surveys involving problematic and high value cargo as well as warehouse risk and storage facility assessments. Caz serves on the committee of the Durban Marine Insurance Association and is a member of the Insurance Institute of Kwa Zulu Natal. Caz has maintained excellent contacts within the South African Police and this coupled with his Police background are invaluable in the investigation of crime related cargo claims in Africa.

  Mike Webber
Marine Cargo Surveyor - Johannesburg and Southern Africa
Mike Webber started surveying in 1993 in the Lloyds Agency in Durban, South Africa during which time he studied as a Ship Broker through the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers specializing in all forms of Marine Insurance and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (FICS). Following this Mike represented cargo owners, Cargo insurers and P & I Clubs gaining a broad overview and experience in all aspects as a Cargo Surveyor in most Southern African countries and has been located in Johannesburg since 2009. Apart from conducting cargo surveys for Marine Insurers, Mike has been extensively involved in Freight Forwarder Liability claims and container terminal risk assessment throughout Southern Africa and Argentina to minimize loss ratios.

Frank Tonetti
Surveyor - Paris office
Frank joined ISA in 2015. After having obtained his certificate in 1982, Frank worked in electronics for civilian, military and aerospace industry for about ten years until 1995, when he joined a major survey company in Paris.
Since 2000, Frank has been an independent surveyor on behalf of insurance companies, insurance brokers, carriers and average agencies. Frank also has considerable experience in cargo claims on a wide variety of commodities, pharmaceuticals, paper, steel, machinery and electronics.

Principal Surveyor
A full member of the IIMS and holder of a Diploma in Marine Surveying from the Lloyds Maritime Academy, UK.

Served onboard various Ships including Diving Support vessels and thereafter on oil tankers, in his capacity as Chief Engineer. Worked as a Principal Surveyor & Manager of the survey Division, of a leading Marine Surveying & Consultancy firm, based in Dubai. Overall experience of over fifteen years in the field of Marine and Insurance surveys. Specializing in Accident /Grounding / Collision / Fire / Total loss investigation, cargo damage surveys, bulk, break bulk, containerised cargoes. Has also conducted salvage operations, stowaway & personal injury investigation, negotiations and litigation and major hull casualty investigations.

A professional with over 20 years of experience as a marine survey assistant / coordinator. Divakar was previously employed with Lloyds agency - Yemen. Divakar is the Management Representative for the Company’s ISO system. He also uses his in-depth knowledge and vast experience in marine cargo claims / surveys in his role as a Cargo Surveyor.

Mr.Karun Sharma
Projects & Engineering Manager
An experienced Shipbuilding / Engineering Professional with extensive experience in Design, Site Supervision / Project Management and inspection of various types Ships, Yachts and Marine Units. He has over a decade experience in leading a team of Naval Architects, Engineers and Draftsmen. He is involved Project supervision and superintendence including major conversions, major repairs, new buildings and condition survey of Yacht. He also carries out risk assessment surveys for Shipbuilding and ship repair yard, on behalf of Underwriters to verify compliance with Repairer's Liability Policies.

Served onboard Container Ships as a marine engineer and has experience in equipment maintenance and repairs. Currently pursuing a diploma in Marine Surveying. He is actively involved in H&M and P&I condition Survey, including damage surveys. Has also carried out cargo damage surveys –  steel pipes, dry and reefer containerised cargoes.

Kirill Pindich

Kirill holds an engineering diploma from the National Mining University (NMU) specializing in Power Supply Systems. After having obtained his certificate in 2005, he joined Inter Tech Services Ltd starting to work as a cargo surveyor and due to his own skills and determination quickly achieved the senior position in the management of the company.
Kirill is in charge of interaction between companies and representatives inside and outside Ukraine. His experience contains a wide spectrum of marine and non-marine loss adjustment and investigations, claims in automotive shipping industry. He has gained expert levels in all areas of cargo claims on a wide variety of commodities, including but not limited to containerized and refrigerated consignments, perishable goods, personal household effects and pharmaceutical products. Has also conducted salvage operations and implemented various loss mitigation measures working with property damage losses.
    
 
Konstantyn Kifa
Marine Cargo Surveyor, Investigator & Consultant - Odessa
Senior surveyor and Manager of Odessa office - Konstantyn is a maritime navigation diploma holder of Odessa National Maritime Academy. He sailed as 3rd and 2nd Deck Officer at bulk carriers of Panamax and Handy size types. After leaving the sea in 2008, Konstantyn has joined Inter Tech Services Ltd to start as a cargo surveyor and today is in charge of the branch office responsible for the southern part of Ukraine including sea/river ports.
During his employment Konstantyn has gained vast experience in the fields of sea and road transport, heavy lift cargoes, chemicals, container inspections, commodities, carrier’s and forwarder’s liability, risk assessment and loss prevention on behalf of both foreign and local insurance companies, insurance brokers, cargo-owners, shippers, forwarders and carriers.
